Coaching takes a holistic approach to personal and professional development.

By taking into account the mental, physical and emotional aspects of the client, true insights arise and lasting growth can take place.

It is a confidential, non-judging relationship based on mutual respect, which involves helping the coachee see a situation in a new way which unlocks new possibilities for them.

It is forward looking, facilitating, a shift for the client towards achieving their coaching outcomes, which are specifically defined in the process. The focus is on opening up possibilities and agreeing actions to facilitate this shift.

Executive Coaching

For established business leaders, executive coaching is a more reflective and supportive process and one of being a sounding board. I play on objective and non-judgemental role, giving leaders the opportunity to share their views and receive input into these, creating more clarity and understanding of their way forward.

In this process we identify and develop your behavioural strengths and deal with your blind spots and avoidances while defining who you are as a leader and developing your authentic brand.

We collaborate to co-create a coaching program customised to your desired purpose and outcomes. The program includes developing a statement of commitment for your future self, personalised questions and practices in between sessions to deepen your self-awareness of current habits, patterns, and behaviours and learn to apply new ones in real-world self-reflection exercises.

Various assessment tools are used depending on your unique needs and requirements.

Enneagram and Five Lens
The Enneagram is a framework for understanding your personality.  It reveals the links between your core personality attributes and your underlying avoidances, motivations and defense mechanisms, and how both show up as habitual and/or reactive behaviour patterns. You can apply the information to all areas of your life. Debriefed in person by me, it will give you an idea of what your strengths and areas for development are, with a comprehensive 24 page feedback report.
360 degree feedback
I hold individual and team conversations to gain comprehensive and insightful feedback from peers / subordinates and senior managers to bridge the gap between self and others perceptions, understand strengths and blind spots and to build into the self-awareness and reflection process to establishing long term and sustainable personal goals.
Psychometric Assessment
Deep insight into what makes you tick, empowers leaders to gain a depth of understanding and appreciation into their potential, drivers, motivators and capabilities. Assessment covers Cognitive processing ability, Emotional Intelligence assessment, Personality and leadership styles.
